About these terms

These terms cover ClearRate's website assistant, the panel that comes with it, and the website at staging.clearrate.pro. They are a draft and will change before they are final.

The service

ClearRate reads the public pages of your website, and any answers and documents you add in your panel, and runs an assistant on your website that answers visitors' questions from that content.

Answers are written automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. The assistant shows where each answer came from so a visitor can check it, and it says so when your content does not cover a question. For a healthcare business, it declines to give medical advice or diagnoses. It does not promise what anyone will finally pay.

Your website and your content

You are responsible for the content the assistant answers from and for keeping it accurate. Install the assistant only on websites you run or are allowed to change, and keep the sign-in to your panel to yourself and your team.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid monthly through our payment provider, at the price shown before you subscribe, together with any free period the plan has. You can cancel through the billing page of your panel.

Each plan includes a number of conversations a month. We tell you as your website approaches it. Well past it, the assistant keeps working but may answer with short extracts from your pages instead of written answers until the next month starts.
